Inspired by the Senses: New Partnership Confirmed with MANE

This exciting new partnership will be a source of inspiration and innovative ideas for MANE’s Chefs and an opportunity for experts and students from different professional and cultural backgrounds to come together to learn and exchange.

The strategic connection introduces MANE to the young talent at Culinary Arts Academy and opens an opportunity for them to play a role in the training and development of the next generation of chefs. With highly qualified chefs and flavourists visiting our culinary campuses, our students will participate in hands-on creative sessions, interact with experts and contribute towards innovative solutions in the food industry.

As the partnership grows, Culinary Arts Academy will be putting plans in place toward a new Sensory Lab and Centre for Food Research in Switzerland. MANE’s experts will play a consultative role in its development by sharing best practices and expertise in sensorial analysis.
