R. Max Behesht it the Dean of César Ritz Colleges and Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, Lucerne campus. He is a multilingual keynote speaker and the founder of R.M.B. Group, a boutique training and consulting firm within Hospitality, Customer Experience, Employee Engagement & Leadership. In 2015 he authored “The Servicizer™ Mindset”, a cultural add-on concept, driving excellence across entire organizations. He started his career heading operations at STS Language Schools in Malta, and Bournemouth, UK, and has prior to joining Swiss Education Group held multiple finance, service, and commercial roles with the science company DuPont. His global roles and 25 relocations over the past 20 years have enabled him to positively engage, communicate with and influence the diverse and global range of SEG Students. He has undergone Business Administration studies at The School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University, Sweden, European Business School, EBS, Germany, and The Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University, Japan.
